The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available at our practice. Bookings are available online or over the phone.

Our practice is not able to give COVID-19 vaccines to non-Medicare cardholders.

The Vaccine

ELIGIBILITY FOR PFIZER VACCINES

  • Any patient over the age of 12 years
  • Children aged 5-11 years

ELIGIBILITY FOR MODERNA VACCINES

  • Any patient over the age of 12 years
  • Children aged 6-11 years

BOOSTER COVID-19 VACCINE

A  booster dose of Pfizer (those aged 16 years or above ) or Moderna (those aged 18 years or above) who have received their first two doses of COVID-19 vaccine has been recommended to give the most protection for the longest period of time. You should receive your booster dose 3 months after your second dose (as per ATAGI recommendations from 31st January 2022).

(Note: If you have received a third dose of COVID-19 vaccine as an immunocompromised patient, it is not recommended to get a booster as well.)

Children's Vaccines (Aged 5-11yrs)

Children aged 5-11 years will be able to receive their first COVID-19 vaccine from 10th January 2022. They should receive two doses with an interval of 8 weeks. Please note that ATAGI have only approved Pfizer vaccines for this age group.

DOSE 3 FOR IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PATIENTS

For patients who are severely immunocompromised, a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccination has been recommended. If you are severely immunocompromised, you should receive your third COVID-19 vaccine at 2 months after getting your second dose.
