We are a mixed-billing practice. Our fee policy ensures that the out of pocket expense is similar regardless of the consultation time.

A surcharge fee will apply to all credit and debit card payments to cover additional costs.
Bulk Billing available for*:
- Children 15 years old or younger with a valid Medicare card
- Pension/Concession cardholders with a valid Medicare Card
- DVA cardholders
*Bulk billing does not apply to any weekend, public holiday or after-hours services. You will be privately charged for these. You will be advised of any applicable fees at the time of the booking.
Telehealth Consultations
Telehealth consultations will be charged at the same rate as face-to-face consultations. Our staff will process the Medicare rebate after your consultation. As per the latest Medicare rules, patients who have not been in the clinic in the last 12 months are not eligible for any Medicare rebate.
