Dr Nekkanti graduated from Nagarjuna University, India in 1990. Dr Nekkanti arrived in Australia in 2005 and later gained her Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2009. Her special interests include women's heath, antenatal and paediatrics but overall Dr Nekkanti enjoys all aspects of general practice.

Dr Jhansi is fluent in Hindi and Telugu.
